We checked in last night between 6pm-7pm. The gentleman and the lady that were on reception were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, helpful and really friemdly. Both are a credit to the hotel.

The room was great in most aspects however for me really stuffy and airless. The windows did not open and the ac had been centrally disabled so would only blow warm air. For this reason alone I would not visit again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Victoria Junction as it was conveniently next to the A30 and our destination in Cornwall. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again.

This hotel was amazingly clean and had everything you could need in a hotel, the staff without exception were friendly the included breakfast also excellent fresh food topped up regularly and I really could not fault this hotel or the staff.
