There are literally miles of shoreline to explore. To the north you will find the St Augustine Pier and to the south, Matanzas Inlet. In between as you meander up to A1A, you will find restaurants and many shops. Layout: The main living area of the home (kitchen, living room, dining) are on the 3rd floor. Bedroom 1 / Bathroom 1 (king master suite) and the half bath are also on the 3rd floor. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Add-on Packages:
We offer Pool Heat for $150. Please let us know prior to arrival if you are interested in adding any or all of these amenities to your stay prior to arrival. Please note: pool heat requires two days so please let us know at least two days prior to arrival if you'd like the pool heated.

No pets allowed. There is a $500 fine if a pet is found on site.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
Please lock the door each time you leave the property.
Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet.
No Smoking on the Property.
Please rinse all the beach accessories before putting them away.
Please rinse your feet and shoes before entering the home and leave shoes in the foyer or on the porch please.
Quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 7:00 am. Please be kind to your neighbors.
Please leave shoes at the door.
Parking is permitted in the driveway only. Additional parking available behind the house, by the staircase.
Swim at your own risk. Children are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries associated with the pool, or anywhere else on the property.
