$16/day parking charge. Tried to switch to another room but was told because booked through this app -forbidden. Reason for switch was lack of privacy on 1st floor room that people on sidewalk passing by 6’ away. With curtains drawn room was dark that w/ all lights on still dark.

Beach was short walk right out the front door. Grocery store was right across the street. Local attractions were less than a 5 min drive away. Perfect location for a great beach vacation! Everything is right there

The only complaint I had about the property was we enjoyed going out side and sitting to enjoy the evening. There were no smoking signs posted on all the posts, but you could tell by the lingering order on the furniture that people smoked there. But while we were sitting there twice employees came out to the far end and were smoking I finally had to ask one of them to smoke somewhere else. So I’m sure it’s been happening for a long time and if they wanna smoke, that’s fine just don’t do it when your clients are around.

Great Location for quiet weekend, so so hotel

This hotel is a mid-range hotel with few amenities. It is dated, tired and in need of an update. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, the smell of weed (not thought legal in FL) impacted our balcony time significantly and there is little to do in the immediate area so a stay of longer than a day or two is one you should take only if you are looking to relax and do little. Nearby town/St Aug is lovely and worth a day. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, kind and courteous making up for some of the other "lesser" attributes. Breakfast was included and had enough options to satisfy...and the entrees were almost warm!
