Didn't like extra $16/night parking fee - other hotels offer free parking. Air conditioner drain was clogged and rug was soaked!! Maintenance unclogged drain and vacuumed rug but it was still wet. Did not care for the hot breakfast choices. Neither my wife nor I like spicey food. They did have waffles but we wanted eggs and bacon.

The hotel bathroom never had soap. Though I mentioned to the front desk. With the way these days are with viruses running rapid, I thought it was very unsanitary.

Great place by Vilano Beach

This hotel is in a great location. Near the beach and close to historic downtown St. Augustine. Offers breakfast every morning. Free bicycles available for use. Very friendly staff. Pet freindly. This is our second time staying here for a short summer vacation. Coming back again soon.

Although its proximity to the beach was great, the hotel left a lot to be desired. It was, in a word, dirty. The pool had debris on the bottom. The room hadn't been vacuumed. The hall had cigarette wrappers, candy wrappers, paper, and general crud everywhere. Breakfast was limited to chewy omelets, cereal, and breads that were going stale. The room had stains and even sticky areas on the walls. The sheets didn't fit the bed and you could feel the springs through the mattress. And the mattress pad to the cot had crumbs and hair stuck to it. The staff was pleasant, but the hotel was so gross we left before our last night. Very disappointing.

Loved the room with the Patio

Loved being on the first floor with a Patio and view of the pool. The staff were great and accommodating! Breakfast was good also. No Complaints.

We were very disappointed. It was described as a room with a oceanview, but you could barely see the ocean. It is not located on the beach and the dunes that were built are too high for the room to be described with a view. The breakfast was not good at all, the eggs were not great. The sausage looked like it was not cooked. The orange juice dispenser did not work. We were very disappointed in our stay for the cost of the room. On a good note the bed was comfortable.

I liked the accessibility to the beach and Saint Augustine attractions. My complaints are; the comforter of my bed was dirty. It had stains and smelled like it wasn't washed. The other: they put me in the room right in front of the elevator and the noise was terrible.

Good, clean hotel, bad parking policy

Very nice hotel in Vilano Beach. We stay there every time we are in the area. Breakfast buffet is good. I do NOT like that they charge extra for parking. Since Vilano said no overnight parking on the streets, the hotel screws over their guests.
