The Space:
This 2 bed / 2 bath newly remolded cottage blends original 1930's charm with modern day luxury. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, along with a full bathroom featuring a claw foot bath tub and shower.

The second floor features the master suite including a dedicated workspace, king bed, twin sized day bed, private bathroom, and balcony.

The cottage features central cooling and heating, free Wi-Fi access, washer/dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, an outdoor grill, private fenced-in backyard with driveway car parking, along with a covered outdoor lounge space (with a TV).

Great house close to downtown and not too far from beach

Property was very nice. Backyard very secluded and great back porch area to entertain or relax. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in St. Augustine! It was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to town for easy access to shops and restaurants. The fully fenced backyard was a highlight, providing a great space for our dog to enjoy while we grilled and sipped wine.
