Check-in was a breeze. And the owners kept in touch and answered any questions I had generally within the hour. Very nice people.As far as the kitchen goes. They have everything you could possibly think of as far as small appliances go. Was totally amazed. The kitchen was very nice. And our dog loved the back yard and we loved the back patio.Only suggestion I have is they need more silverware and glasses. Outside of that what you needed was definitely there.The Hilts

Clean, Spacious Getaway

This spacious home is clean and comfortable with modern touches everywhere for your convenience. The house has all new appliances and large screen televisions that work wonderfully. If you should have guests or a larger family it can accomdate up to 7 people. The kitchen has all the ammenities you need to cook meals there so you do not have to eat out all the time. The property is well maintained and grass is cut reguarly. The backyard is spacious and fenced in should you have pets. There is a wonderful gazebo with table and chairs to eat outside. There is also a pergola with a propane fire pit, glider chairs and colorful lighting to add to the relaxing setting. The home is conveniently located near the beautiful beaches and historic St. Augustine. It is set in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the water. Shopping for just about anything including restaurants is just minutes away. The owners stayed in touch with us to make sure that all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. I recommend and would rent again should we come back to visit St. Augustine.
