Not Bicycle friendly. Need to park bikes at farback side and walk them to entrance. A pain.Condo baths had no towel racks or shower grab bars.. Kitchen was under equiped. Instruction for tv would be heipful. Mostly nice updates.

Excellent location. Direct access to a beautiful beach. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Unit is very comfortable and nicely equipped. Unit was very clean. The property manager provided timely access information .Parking is a little inconvenient. You can park right below the unit, but the slider must be locked from the inside and someone has to walk around the building to get to the car. Not a big deal.
