Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home, nested in historic Lincolnville, WALK TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST AUGUSTINE, The Preserved Restaurant, Fish Camp, St Augustine Distillery, the Blue Hen Café, the Fisherman’s Dock house, local art galleries, San Sebastian winery, 123 Burger House. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home has everything you need for an amazing stay.
Welcome to this modern retreat. I Hope you enjoy your stay. Please keep the house in order and take care of it. NO SMOKING inside the house. Put all the trash inside the trash bins daily, which are located outside in front of the house. Under NO circumstances would you be able to bring any additional guests without my pre approval, the max guests is SIX. NO PETS allowed. Thanks

Loved our short stay at Casa Escuela in Lincolnville. We were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. The location is super convenient to restaurants and historic St. Augustine. The corner market has delicious treats. The trolley stop on MLK is very close. We enjoyed our stay even with a King tide!
