The full kitchen has plenty of space for preparing home-cooked meals, and the large dining table easily seats family and friends for shared meals or game nights. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to six guests total.
The highlight of this unit is the second bedroom: a private King Suite with its own entrance and a convenient kitchenette—ideal for extended family, friends, or added privacy. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs, while the main living area features a 55" Roku TV with premium cable for easy entertainment.
Step outside to your private, fenced, and gated lanai—perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying Florida’s warm weather. The lanai gate provides quick, easy access to nearby parking. A washer and dryer are located in the Owner’s bathroom for added convenience.
Take a short walk next door to cool off in the beautiful Laterra pool located in the 955 building courtyard.
