1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Perfect location
Great place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a quick getaway. The location is absolutely perfect and you can get anywhere you need to go on foot. Loved loved loved the front porch for relaxing, reading, and people watching. Yes, the garbage is emptied in the middle of the night and a bit noisy but it was a minimal bother to us given that everything else about this location was perfect. We had a rental car so having a parking space was also a major plus. Great communication with Greg as well.

Location, Location, Location!!!
We loved almost everything in our stay and it's location. The room was comfirtable and clean. Access was easy and two balconies added to the enjoyment. We were right downtown and in walking distance of nearly everything. The only bad part of our stay was we arrived on a Monday. Starting at about 11pm to nearly 1 am the local business dragged out their trash which apparently required lots of shouting and cussing. After this settled down we snuggled up in the comfy bed and fell fast asleep. Sadly at 5sm the trash collectors arrived and again for nearly 2 hours we listened to cans crashing, trucks beeping and people shouting. My only recomendation would be to avoid a Monday stay or bring some ear plugs. Outside of this I highly recomend this location. We were happy with everything accept one bad night.

Great Location!
My husband, teen daughter and I very much enjoyed our first visit to St. Augustine. We were so pleased that this location was convenient to everything and had a parking spot. Greg was great with communication and check in/out process was easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not have time during our stay to enjoy the two amazing deck spaces. We would definitely come back again to this great property in the historic city of St. Augustine. Thank you Greg for everything!

Best stay in St. Augustine
St. Augustine is our favorite place, so we spent the weekend following our wedding here at in Apt B. It was fantastic! We have stayed many places in St. Augustine, but this is hands down our absolute favorite. You truly can't beat the location, it is just so central and convenient. We even came in for a nap one day! The bed is SO COMFORTABLE. I have back issues. I had zero issues sleeping here, and no waking up in pain. The coffee pods and creamers offered in the room were a nice touch (some tea or cocoa options would be welcome for non-coffee drinkers). I can't recommend this enough, and we will 100% be back again. Stellar communication, comfort, and convenience is a winning combination.

Parking spot a plus!
We enjoyed the cozy apartment with the thoughtful wine and coffee! Parking seemed to be at a premium at times, so the parking space was extremely convenient and appreciated. The Columbia, Pizza Time, and Maple Street Biscuit were all very yummy, and it was fun to walk around and see the lights at night.

Location, location, location!!
The 1880 Victorian had us when we parked in our exclusive parking place right across the street. When we walked into our 2nd floor home away from home we were greeted with a spacious great room. Upon exploring we found a big bedroom with a balcony and a big back deck off of the living room. We loved the location as we never had to use our car. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants we had chosen. We would choose 1880 Victorian in a heartbeat the next time we return to St. Augustine. The complementary bottle of wine is a nice touch. Thank you Greg and Bob.
