Mobility issues dismissed by clerk. One flight off stairs turned out to be 20 with no help with luggage. Room was clean and location was good. This hotel lives of it’s location and knows it will always be busy.(across from university) Based on the clerk I would never recommend.

The rooms are old and our check in was terrible due to their wifi going down. that also meant no one in the hotel had wifi either.

Hotel is lovely, great location close to the Old Course and walking distance to everything in St. Andrews. Our rooms were very nice and large and very comfortable. Please note there are stairs to pretty much all the rooms as well as to reception. Breakfast was good, nothing special but fresh and tasty. Service was excellent, everyone was super friendly and had a smile on their face.
