Argyle Rigg is an award winning development of 2 bed townhouses in the centre of St Andrews. This 2 bed townhouse is split over 3 levels with a roof top terrace. Both bedrooms are ensuite and comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a double and a twin.



Pay and Display parking available directly outside the townhouse. The property is also sited at the end of the beautiful Lade Braes walk.



The accommodation layouts are as follows:



Ground Floor - open-plan kitchen/diner with seating for 4 guests. Utility cupboard. Bathroom. First Floor - 2 bedrooms on this level, both ensuite. Second Floor - lounge with access to roof top terrace and balcony. Guests will have full access to the entire property with the exception of one storage cupboard which will be locked. All contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. No pets are allowed unless by prior arrangement.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The best part is that it is located next to central part of town and everything is walkable. Great restaurants and pubs nearby and close to all the sites and walkable to even the Old Course.
