Receptionist was not at front deak when we arrived, after 5 mins she came and didn’t say hello or sorry I was not there. She straight asked if we are checking in, rude tone and body language. Yes checked in last night went back to front desk to ask for new sheets and bedding as mine had blood all over them. Never received them but watched another man receive a whole new set. Then asked for ice machine was not working never received it. Tried calling front desk for issue phone doesn’t work. I had to use my cell phone to call front desk was put on hold for 45 mins. What if it was emergency??? I’m on top floor and you have one elevator. Went for breakfast at 9am and all the food was gone. I Asked if they were making more and was told by cook. As she was throwing the signs of the food into a drawer “ No everyone ate everything and I don’t feel like it.” Front desk just said “ oh I’m sorry” Wasn’t told what time check out was when I checked in and back of door says noon. When talking to front desk this morning letting know how upset I was I had no sheets and they expected me to sleep with bloody sheets and blankets which is gross and not sanitary. I hope I don’t catch aids or hep from your sheets. But front desk try charging me another day because they said I should have checked out at 11am. I said it’s 11:10am. Front desk offer me pints to my account for the inconvenience since they didn’t know what else to offer. But he never gave them to me. I spent money to stay at your hotel for what??

Things happen sometimes but I was a little upset at the fact we had checked in and got our key cards. found the room and used the bathroom and sat for a minute before we went out to grab something to eat after asking advice at the same front desk. After returning I found we couldn’t get into the room. I Went to the front desk again and was told I never checked in and someone else had been checked into the room. We were given another room and i was too tired to vent on deaf ears.

Second Time I stayed here and both times the man at the front desk was SO rude, not helpful, and condescending. First visit was when my dad passed away, and second was when I came back for his funeral. Not what I needed after flying from Texas. Why did I stay the second time- bc there is not a lot of selection and I wanted to be close to my mom.

I was happy with the size of room,even had a sofa! What I didn't like was that we had people walk right in our room with their luggage!! That should never happen; double book a room. Do I hear a comp coming??
