UNFriendly Neighborhood Spider

Live SPIDER in bed. Bedspreads stained/soiled. Overall stale smoke smell. Was in room less than 1 hour. Found other accomodations but hotel refused to refund the charges.

The room smelled like urine when we got there and the fire alarm/vent in the room was covered in dust and build up. The TV was also a pain to figure out haha. Otherwise, we had a good time.

The stench when the door to the room was opened was horrific. I would bet the average review for this property is bogus. That is unless most people are immune to disgusting odors like cat urine that are cleaned up once a year. I won't trust customer reviews from this site ever again.

It's not a brand new fancy motel, but for overnight accommodations while on a road trip, it's perfect!

Was a bit disappointed that no elevator for 2nd floor as my husband has difficulty going up and down stairs. I had requested a first floor room on my reservation due to having a dog traveling with us, but was not able to accomodate my request. However, the night clerk, (Madden?), was super nice and helped carry our luggage upstairs noting my husband's handicap. A rare breed these days. Breakfast was typical continental style.

No one was ever at the counter you had to ring a bell and it took a while for them to respond to you when they did it smelled like marijuana like they were smoking marijuana the entire hotel smelled like marijuana not cool

Staff friendly and courteous. Appears nice on photos. Breakfast was cereal. Carpet needs replacing. It is worn in hallways and there was a dark stain on it in room. Toilets and tub were clean but worn. Room was clean. Bedding clean.

Not with the low rate!

This place is in horrible condition and should not even be a half star rating. It smells like smoke throughout the entire hotel and the room even the though we requested “non-smoking” the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. We walked in the room and walked right back out and got a refund.
