Corner of carpet in room behind chair with stain on it had dead bugs and debris lying there. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was just ok. No oatmeal packets, just old dry cereal. No yogurt. Young man who worked Saturday morning put a plastic food storage container of sausage Pattie's in microwave for a very long time and did not reappear to retrieve them. We set them on the counter and used the microwave. He came back about 20 minutes later and simply re microwaved them.

The rooms we stayed in were dated, nothing really bad, just older. The water pressure in the shower could be better. The amount of time it took to check in was ridiculous. He was on the computer for well over 15 minutes before I got my room keys. Overall it's a decent place to stay but for the money I'd rather find something newer with faster check in.

Room was clean. Staff was a little rude and abrupt. Treated me like I was stupid when my room key didn’t work. Yelled at my kids for playing with a beach ball in the pool. They weren’t being too loud or destructive. They just weren’t nice. Breakfast was meh.

The location was easy to get on and off the main freeway and close to where we wanted to be. Breakfast was always the same, good but not great. Check in was easy for me but I witnessed others waiting for assistance for more than 5 minutes- no one was around. Room was clean and they did give fresh towels. The pool was a disappointment- the water was so cold no one wanted to swim. Also that meant more kids were in the hot tub- using it like a pool. I would stay again but not expect a great breakfast and fun pool! The location was what we were happy about!

Had a great stay as always. Even if we didn't get a room on ground level like I asked for due to not being able to do stairs. The only other complaint was when we finally got checked in and realizing that the toilet wouldn't flush. The chain from inside the toilet was broken and could not be fixed. By our 3rd day it was finally fix. I called down every morning/evening to let them know it still was broken. Out of the entire stay we asked for our room to be cleaned and I truly don't think it was. They brought fresh towels. Throw the beds together and that was it. No vacuuming wiping down thing in the room. Especially the bathroom. Not forsure what was going on or maybe they were short staffed.
