Clean, comfortable.

Not a quick check in. Room wasn’t numbered so it took a minutes walking back and forth around the corner til we figured out where the room was. No room number placard on the wall. Comfortable bed and pillows. Strong bleach smell on pillow covers. Good breakfast. Panhandlers in the parking lot when we checked in and again in the morning. Easy checkout.

Don't stay here if you have self respect.

I was traveling for the weekend, and decided to stay here. First off our room was somewhat stagnate, so I turned the A/C down to 65 just to get some quick air movement and cool the room down. Our room never got below 72, that shouldn't happen when the air is set that low. As we left our room the ceiling was leaking constant outside our room, and onto the carpet. There was giant wet spot on the carpet. Also when we were in the pool, I noticed a large amount of the duct work in the pool area was rusted. Needless to say this was not very enticing to look at while swimming with your family. My only pro to staying here was the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately the sheets kept coming off the corners of the bed all night. All in all, I will never stay here again, this building needs major upkeep, and needs a lot of work to make it statable for guests.

The stay was amazing and the rooms was amazing. The only complaint I had was the air could not kick on so it was a hot in the room. The bathroom was probably my favorite part.

Wouldn’t stay here again..

We had the family suite and there was so many things wrong in our room… overall keep up and cleanliness wasn’t great. Our shower head had lots of lime build up reducing water flow. Bathroom door didn’t lock, the handle was held on with duct tape. Lack of cleaning throughout, there were stains on the walls. Breakfast was only sub-par, the food was lacking flavor and not much variety.

Not a bad stay other than the lamp shades had about a years worth of dust on them, and the restaurant inside service was terrible. Me, my wife, and my 18 month old son waited 45 minutes to be served and there was maybe 10 people in the whole place. We got up and left, as it was 9:15pm by this time. Definitely more of a sports bar than a restaurant. Won’t be back to eat that’s for sure.

We were unable to check in prior to our event because the rooms were not ready. We had to change in the bathrooms. We called to let them know we would return after dinner to be sure they held our reservations. We had 3 rooms reserved. We tried to check in at 11:30 p.m., only one of the rooms was ready. At Midnight, the rooms still weren't ready for our party to check in. They offered a $10 discount on one room and $30 on the other. This was NOT acceptable as they still could not tell us when the rooms would be ready. By then, it was the next day. We asked for a cancellation on 2 rooms and was told no at first. Then they allowed the cancellation. 2 sets of family members had to take the 4 hour drive home in the middle of the night because their rooms (which were booked in advance) weren't ready after midnight. The measly discount that was offered was insulting considering they would be in the room for only 10-11 hours. The staff was not considerate, nor forthcoming with information.

The coffee maker in the room did not work. The water pressure in the shower was so harsh, it felt like it was burning your skin. Those square toilets are terrible, so uncomfortable.
