Expedia provided me the rate including tax was $298.80. The hotel actually charged me $330.28, although I bought 2 breakfast vouchers ($8 each) and a box a of laundry detergent ($1.5). I am not sure why the rate would go up that much.

The rooms were clean but plain. Landscape was a little messy but at this time of the year, leaves are falling, The leaf litter did make the property look cluttered. Hedges were a little ragged and somewhat obscured the property from the road, but overall very good value for the price. The discounted breakfast at Oscar’s was well worth it. I will definitely stay again.

What a gem! From check-in to check-out we enjoyed our experience. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. The restaurant is outstanding. Both the staff and food were excellent. The staff was attentive and engaging. Thank you for a great experience.
