All the property is located in the center of Umbria, only 8 Km from Spoleto and few Km also from Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Bevagna. Sourrounded by 1 hectar of fenced garden, this partment is composed by a large living room with fireplace, kitchen with cafe machines, fridge, oven and dishes.
