Villa KaTess with heated pool

This 90 square meters villa is located in the great location in the prestigious part of Split, underneath the southern slope of Park-Forest Marjan. In front of the house, there is a large private garden with fig trees, flower garden, garden furniture, wood burning grill and grassy area with the children's playground. Along with the heated pool, sun loungers and an open air shower on the backside of the house it is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing sea view throughout the pine trees. The famous Kastelet beach, Jezinac beach and Jadran beach are located just 10 minutes walk from the villa.
The house consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, one large bathroom, room with the wardrobes and a smaller working room. Both bedrooms are equipped with a king size double beds (180 x 200 cm) and the living room has one extendable sofa bed (130x190 extended).
The kitchen has all amenities of a luxury home, including stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, glasses, plates and other kitchenware and cooking utensils.
Bathroom is equipped with shower, toilette, sink and washing machine.
