Hotel is great, on an upper floor of a failed mall so don’t let that put you off. Location of hotel is perfect for old town and the waterfront. Staff were very helpful. There is NO parking at the hotel. We ended up in a pay lot that was reasonably close - but pricey.

It’s in an abandoned shopping mall. That is exactly how it is ran. We got to the hotel at 3:00 pm during operating hours. The staff was not there to check us in. After waiting 2 hours they did not show up or answer phone calls so we left and applied for a refund.

The room had windows only 10 ft high. So strange! There was a huge air conditioner unit outside that sounded like factory all night and once you got used to that, a techno rave pumping very loud music too 5am. No sleep at all. The mattress was so hard and its in a 3 floor abandoned shopping centre with lift in and out the escalators had been blocked off and so figure there’s a fire hazard waiting to happen. Did not enjoy this place at all good job was only one night. Terrible value for money!

Will be back!

I was traveling alone in Split and this was the perfect spot. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, room was super clean and comfortable, and it was just on the edge of the old town. I felt super safe walking to and from the hotel even after dark. Great location and experience.

The staff was super friendly and reached out to arrange airport transfers before our arrival. We were located close to a main street leading to the riverwalk. The location was good and the staff was friendly. But they missrepresented the room, they call it a suite and charge 200 extra for an extra person. But its actually just a single small room. And the a/c doesnt work, which makes it really hard to sleep.
