Just recently refurbished and looking really good. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location - don't get a licensed taxi from the airport; they are a massive rip-off. Uber is half the price!!!

We loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel Fermai! The hotel was absolutely beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Quick and easy walk to split old town. I enjoyed the accessibility by car from the airport and being able to be within a quick walk of the main Split area. Bonus points for how good the body wash/lotion smelled!

Amazing EVERYTHING!

Total comfort and service of the hotel and staff. Perfectly relaxing after long walking days in the beautiful city of Split. Impeccable cleaning. The staff incredibly nice and made us feel at home after exploring Croatia. Harder to find a better location, as it is a 5’ walk from all the main points of interest and Old Town. The breakfast has everything anyone can ask for. 100% recommend
