I paid for breakfast when booking. The had advised me that they had accepted my booking. Booked in OK at 8pm. Came down for breakfast on the first morning to then be told that the hotel would NOT supply a breakfast as per the booking, and I would have to pay for it. They also advised that I not the first to denied the breakfast which had been nooked and paid for. SCAM

Location is just in front of the beach, 10 minutes walk from ferry port. It is in the central location. Just perfect, beautiful location. AC is not working, that is the only downside, Anything else is perfect!

Great location but little else to recommend it

The location is fantastic. Unfortunately the hotel seems to be trading off this and not too much else. My main issues were that the toilet didn't flush - and kept up a steady flow of water part flushing all the time, all through the night - and that the air conditioning didn't work. Check-in was an hour later than advertised. The staff were apologetic about this. We had breakfast at the hotel and were disappointed. One poor chap was left to serve everyone outside despite many other staff being idle inside, and service was immensely slow. Then the Eggs Benedict was disgusting and wasn't eaten. The hotel did have the good grace not to charge us for this part of the food bill.

Do not stay here

We were desperate for a hotel room last minute and this hotel was the only thing available. The AC didn’t work. They left a fan in our room. Dirty and not updated. It was the most miserable hotel sleep I have ever experienced.

Disgusting, do not stay here. Our room had mold on the walls and the carpet was so stained. We checked out asap. The only convenience was that the front desk lady was willing to help us move rooms for one night and then checkout without an argument. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We also saw the bartender grab ice with his non gloves hand… disgusting.
