Gracefully villa Lucia ****

Our new spacious villa with four stars was designed and built to give potential guests the high comfort and peace they deserve on holidays. Located in a small quiet place Mravince, which is situated on a small hill northeast of the entrance to the town of Split. Surrounded by mountains, forests, fields and beautiful views of the sea and the city of Split, just 3 km from Salona Archeological Park in town Solin and 8 km from the center of town Split, far enough away from the city crowd and also near the city center. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 18 km from Villa Lucia. From the eastern part of the villa there is a view of the mountain, the forest and the sea. The villa is luxuriously equipped, fully air conditioned, with a large living room, comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, kitchen, toilet in the corridor, features three rooms with large comfortable beds, each with a private bathroom. Also there is two BABY CRIBS.
The courtyard is spacious, full of colorful flowers, perfect for socializing and sunbathing, designed as a continuation of the living room. The pool is private and have a massage.
We especially want to say that our family lives near the villa and we are always at our guests disposal. Also you have a free parking place.

Absolutely fantastic property - true to description - fantastic bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen living area - so many little details taken care of - even a surprise delivery of delicious freshly made pancakes half way through the holiday - an absolute delight to stay here. Pool and outside area also brilliant - the BBQ was our go to for evening meals - all in all a brilliant stay at Villa Lucia - thank you!

Great place

We, four adults, had a wonderful sray for the week of September 22-29. Great location for visiting surrounding area. Krka national park, Split, Omis, Trogir and local beaches. Our hosts could not have been better. They are wonderful people who were very helpful in many ways. Highly recommend staying there, it is very claen and comfortable.

Lovely hosts and house

We enjoyed a 10 day stay at the house, a few kilometres outside of Split. We were two adults and 3 teenagers. The house was spotless and very well laid out, with spacious rooms, each with a good sized en suite bathroom. It has air conditioning throughout and the pool and outside area is great - you will be visited by dozens of swallows visiting the pool for a quick drink :). The house was very generously stocked with more than enough towels, toiletries, washing tablets, etc. and the hosts were happy to provide anything extra that was needed. Daria and Hrvoje were super friendly and helpful whenever needed. The house is in easy reach of lots of beaches and activities but you will need a car for many. The local village centre is a 3-4 minute walk and has a bakery, restaurant and a very convenient supermarket. A real pleasure to stay here, with great hosts and a lovely house. Really nothing negative to say and we would happily return and recommend.

Die Villa hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Grosszügige Räume, mehrere Bäder, gut ausgestattete Küche , Garten, Pool was will man mehr.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren als Familie (4 Erwachsene) und Hund zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche! Es ist außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der eigene Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Zum Strand und zur Hafenpromenade sind es ca 15 min mit dem Auto. Kleinere Supermärkte in direkter Nähe und größere in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen! Puno hvala! Jessica und Kevin

Sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Vermieter kümmert sich immer darum das es einem an nichts fehlt. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Am Stand ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Bars und Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Örtchen ist sehr ruhig und prima für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Für 2-3 ruhige Familien ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings nicht für einen Partyurlaub. Der Vermieter wohnt Nebendran und ist sehr präsent. Somit ist der Pool immer sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Alles im allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft! Vermieter, Lage und Preis stimmen überein. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Waren mit 8 Frauen aus der Nähe von Osnabrück da und wollen gerne wiederkommen.

Lovely House and kind people

The house is as beautiful as on the pictures. It is very quiet there, the pool is a nice opportunity to get refreshed and you can light a fire in the fireplace for a nice ambiance or Barbecue. The house is located in a small village with a little supermarket and bakery. You can walk around and explore the landscape around Mravince and enjoy the breathtaking view. The hosts are very kind and helpful people. The house was well prepared and very clean. All in all it was a lovely stay and we can recommend to stay at villa Lucia.

Hrovje and his family are the best hosts you can ask for. Communication was excellent, he gave us tips where to find shops, what to do in and around Split, we could contact him any time. The villa is perfectly equipped with three separate double bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom each. We stayed there with three people which was luxury but even with six or eight people the stay would be cozy. The pool and outside area is very clean and comfortable. So is the inside as well. Mravince is a little outside Split, a 10 minutes drive. A car is recommended but you can easily reach Split with an Uber as well. The village itself is very quiet and cozy. This place a a little paradise. If we return to Split this is the first place I would choose again! Highly recommended!
