Stay Away

I stay at a lot of different types of accommodations and I would have to say this was the worse one I’ve ever stayed in relative to the price I paid. Check-in time is set to 6pm which is absurd but she did let us check-in at 11 but she just put the key at the bar in the complex. We never once saw her, guessing she was at work. The listing also states parking on premise, this is not the case. You have to randomly find parking somewhere near the residence. The only parking on the premise is a garage that you are not allowed to park. The worse part was there was no toilet paper. When I texted her she said she normally brings it at the check-in, then told me I could go buy some at the store near by. Luckily I had a roll in my car, you can’t just buy one roll. The apartment itself looks and feels like you are staying in someone’s apartment that they are still living in. The apartment was not clean, the towels and linens were old and needs to be thrown away. The air conditioner only works in the living room and the bedroom was really hot, they have a couple of small fans. The pull out couch was the saddest pull out couch I’ve ever seen and both teenagers complained about how bad their neck hurt from it the next day. For 200 dollars I expect something much nicer and it’s still a 20-25 minute walk to town, Everything advertised is a lie and it’s a shame that hotels.com ever has this apartment listed. At most it’s worth a total of 50 dollars a night. NO HAVING TOILET!
