The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but they were available downstairs. Breakfast was a short walk up the path to the sister hotel, the Azure Palace, and it was disappointing. I would say it was basic but adequate. There was a limited choice of cereals, some cheese and meat, a few small croissants (which they ran out of) and eggs (cooked to order). There were no other hot choices and no other vegetarian options. Some fruit would have been nice. The coffee machine was not in use, so we had to ask the kitchen every time we wanted one. We felt the quality of the breakfast didn't match the quality of the accommodation. That said, we would stay again.

The hotel is lovely, great location and staff nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The only negative is where we had breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. The breakfast was good, however, the staff need to be managed better as we often had to ask them for the cutlery to be replaced or the food to be restocked and it sometimes could do with a tidy up during the service time. If that could be improved, then everything would be perfect. Quality of food was great.

The staff was excellent! I had food poisoning from a local restaurant and the lady at the front desk was very kind and looked up a local pharmacy for me to get electrolytes. The lobby was large and accommodating for baggage, the room was large, new and stylish with brick walls, nice bedding and renovated surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 5, and there were 3 full beds. Nice beautifully remodeled tastefully done apt. Clean, well stocked with toiletries. Provided us with lots of towels. Someone was available most of the time, felt safe . Loved everything about it. There was not one thing wrong, highly recommend it!!

This is an annex of the Azur Palace hotel. It is virtually deserted a lot of the time, with no staff on duty. It didn’t feel particularly safe as a consequence. Breakfast, which is rather poor, is taken at the Azur Palace. Really only adequate for an overnight stay. I wouldn’t return.
