Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Apartment is spacious and modern with few upgrades. Owner failed to mentioned in his listing that this apartment is on "4 1/2" floor with no elevator! 4 1/2 is easily equals to U.S. 6th floor!! Be aware. No balcony. We have struggled just to get up there at the end of the day with our beach bags!!! And the baby. Sewer in the bathroom stinks so bad that we actually avoided using the bathroom there as much as we could. It smells so bad that we have started gaging to the smell....awful!!! Even with bathroom door closed the entire apartment would smell like sewage after we return from the beach and then we had to shower in that stink!!! 😳 Building is old and in okay area....you still have good 15 minutes or so to get to the Riva and you certainly have to drive to the beach, or take taxi or Uber. We do not recommend this place!!! 0 stars from us!!
