For shared use: park 17 ha with flowers and trees, meadow, natural pond. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop "Vorland" 2 km, sandy beach "Dierhagen (Fischland)" 45 km, indoor swimming pool 40 km, bathing lake "Naturschwimmbad Vorland" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Ozeaneum Stralsund 45 km, Halbinsel Fischland/Darß/Zingst 45 km, Insel Rügen 50 km, Insel Usedom 90 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
