I like the vip rooms. They are quiet and love it if u need water or a snack just go the the snack room. We stay at the pomeroy everytime we go to GP, i wouldnt stay any where else. The buffet breakfast is pretty good as well. Not as good as pre covid, but still pretty good

We really enjoyed the restaurant and overall stay, but unfortunately had a negative experience with the morning staff that impacted our visit. Early in the morning, we received a call waking us up and were told to move our vehicle because it was supposedly parked in the wrong spot. We had parked the night before in a stall that was not blocked off or marked in any way, and we did not move any barriers. There were no signs or notices indicating that parking was restricted due to painting or maintenance. When my wife tried to explain this, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. He even said, “I don’t care, make a complaint to my manager, go right ahead,” and then walked off. This attitude was uncalled for, especially since other guests in the same row were also moving their vehicles that morning—clearly, the area was not properly marked or communicated to guests. Due to how the situation was handled, we decided to cancel our extra night and checked out early to stay elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because we otherwise enjoyed the location, but that level of customer service was unacceptable.

I love this hotel, stay here often. Beautifully decorated and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lounge is a lovely place to have appies, drink or even a meal. Food is great. The GP mall is just a short walk away making it a very convenient place to stay.
