I would like to downgrade this hotel for the rude female receptionist who refused to get me ice for my diabetes medicine today, but the breakfast was 6 star, so it took my rating back from 4 stars to 5 stars. I still recommend this hotel and found the ice I needed anyways, although the Proseco on the buffet maybe slightly warmer. :p
