Everything was perfect. The apartment was preferred area to visit relatives. Check in was very easy. The kitchen facilities were good and a very pleasant area.

1st stay at an ArBB

Molly was excellent, it was a pleasure, it was perfect for us. The location was close to shopping and visiting our friends. It had a back porch with furniture and we could sit out and enjoy the fresh air and have a cookout. The small apartment was all renovated and nicely done.

The place was not good..the shower spout was not connected to the wall..rain spots on ceiling. The living gap in door had big gaps parking was not good too many cars..people up stairs was extremely noisey till abt 1am and the smell of pot was every day all day..the bed was the worst we've ever slept in and too small..there was a mattress cover of plastic that made you sweat each nite...We were so disappointed at this place and would not recommend to anyone..we think people living there full time.Just a terrible terrible experience!!!!!!I have pics but cant load...

Nice Little Spot

Came down from Maine for a wedding… kind of a whirlwind trip. This was the perfect little spot to lay my head - not too far from the church or even Rochester for that matter. Nice and clean. Warm heat and hot water. Private back porch/entrance. Got breakfast twice from The Edge at Lugia’s right down the road - food was EXCELLENT (Egg Benedict Sammie w/dipping hollandaise was terrific).
