Furnished with handmade furniture in typical Umbrian style, it enjoys a fantastic view over the valley. in the living area there is a sofa bed for two, a double bed, private bathroom, the kitchenette with oven and fridge is fully equipped.

The property is located in the historic center of Spello, 38 km from Spoleto, 13 km from Assisi and 32 km from Perugia. The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 11.2 miles from the property.
In the surroundings you can go hiking on various trails with different degrees of difficulty.
Guests have access to a small courtyard available to the structure equipped with outdoor furniture.
