This is the 10th time I've stayed at the Hickory House Inn. This place is magical. The breakfasts are really good and i love sitting outside watching the world go by!

We stayed at Hickory House Inn for our 9-year anniversary and had such a wonderful experience! The town is absolutely charming, and everyone we met was so warm and welcoming. We stayed in the Sister Gilmary Room, which was spotless, cozy, and had a very comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure—always a bonus! Breakfast was phenomenal—delicious, homemade, and clearly made with care. Shawn was an incredible host—so kind, attentive, and fun to chat with. He really made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would love to try one of the other rooms next time. Highly recommend Hickory House Inn for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Beautiful, clean bed and breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. Shaun prepares a great breakfast every morning. We stayed here for ski races at Discovery ski area and will definitely be back again.

The property and room were so cute and cozy. There was a decorated Christmas tree in the room which was a wonderful personal touch. They didn’t offer breakfast the morning of my stay but gave a voucher to a local restaurant to have breakfast at, along with two drink tokens which was above and beyond. The only downside was that the floor was very creaky, which is expected with an older house with wooden floors, but every time somebody was up moving around, everybody could hear it. I don’t think anybody else was staying at the property, but if there were I would have felt I couldn’t move around because I wouldn’t want to disturb others. Maybe you can’t hear underneath and I’m just overthinking it. Other than that, this property is adorable, beds and pillows were very comfortable and I would recommend booking your stay here!

When we got here, I had low expectations and the check in was kind of confusing (everything was digital and no humans there) but this town is totally excellent and we had a spectacular time. Loved it!
