Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival for check-in, we discovered that another guest had been booked into the same accommodation. As a result, we were left waiting outside the property for approximately two hours with no clear information or assistance.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that once the host became aware of the issue, she stopped answering phone calls and was difficult to reach. We were left without support during a stressful situation that was entirely outside of our control.
While mistakes can happen, the lack of communication and failure to promptly resolve the issue was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed stay. Thanks to another lady of different booking app who found us a solution!!
