Perfect location, ideal vacation house, fully stocked and thoughtfully resourced in the most convenient neighborhood on the North Fork. Town is just minutes away on a a country road with zero traffic. The beach, the house, the ample back yard and the accessibility make this the ideal place to spend your vacation time. Multigenerational appeal with a variety of activities without leaving the house. Avoid the traffic and crowds of Greenport and Shelter Island while still having easy access to the Peconic, Vineyards and Farms that are too numerous to list. The owners are easy to deal with and totally responsive to anything you need or want.
