Cozy townhome located in Walker Station. Sits between downtown Southern Pines (3.0 miles) and downtown Pinehurst and the Golf Resort (3.3 miles). Longleaf Golf Course is located across the street. There is also another driving range approximately 1/4 mile from the neighborhood. The neighborhood also has a pool available for use. The townhome has three bedrooms. 1 Master with a master bathroom and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Each room has a bathroom available, so there is no need to share a bathroom. All amenities, such as towels, soap, blowdryer, flat iron, etc., are provided. The gym has a garage for use, and one parking space is available in the garage with additional parking behind the townhome. Both bedrooms have accessibility to the balcony, with a full kitchen for usage. The home is also equipped with a full first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Dogs are welcome, no cats. There is a nice walking trail directly behind the townhome.
