Good size rooms. Clean. The rooms with 2 beds are 2 double beds, not queen size. Good breakfast. Thin floors--I found the sound of people tromping above me annoying. Requested a top floor room when I made the reservation but there were none available when I checked in.

Our overall experience was fine. The room was clean upon arrival, but housekeeping during our stay was disappointing. They took the tip but only replaced the dirty towels—nothing else. The bed wasn’t even made. Breakfast was the typical low-end hotel offering, which was fine with me. However, they struggled to keep up with demand, and the trash cans overflowed. They had cookies available in the lobby most of the day, that was a nice touch.

The beds were harder then a rock we also had a neighbor dog barking and a kid screaming off an on all night the second night. Breakfast was about the only good part. I would personally not stay here again. Also the side entrance where you had to take the dogs in and out was not secured anyone could just walk right in. Made us feel not too safe and secure staying there.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. The 2 ladies were very nice and personable. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a nice choice of options by the chef. Its our place to stay when we come into town for a concert at jackpot junction.

I loved my stay, comfortable and nice. Two suggestions: More lighting in rooms and check outlets and appliances for working order. Several of the outlets in my room didn't work and the main area of room is a bit dark, could use more lighting.

Loved the hot breakfast. Disliked that after reporting our TV control was missing they just shrugged their shoulders. Was on the third floor snd very noisy neighbors til 3:00a.m. Room was comfortable and clean.

So so....

No phone in room to call desk. No clock in room. Even though we all have cell phones, i like a landline and alarm clock... Trouble with TV remote and channels. Bed was too hard. Staff was pleasant, room clean. Quiet. Breakfast was good....

Wonderful stay

Would definitely stay again. Beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was better than other hotels with many food varieties. Only downside was the lack of a working bathroom exhaust fan,so there's a little mold on the ceiling and one of the double sinks (nice plus!) had a bad hot water faucet. Overall, a great stay.

Wonderful Stay

Interior was very inviting with a nice outdoorsy theme. Breakfast was homemade food that came with the room. All people at the desk were very kind. Clean rooms and housekeeping came and exchanged towels.
