Hot or cold?
The room was nice but our sheets had holes in them. There was not hot water for a shower. At best we got a lukewarm shower. Also the swimming pool only stays open til 11 and is small. It was overcrowded. We were able to squeeze in the hot pool about 20 minutes before they shut the lights off to close the pool. We will be staying across the courtyard next time at the sister company.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were nice, accessible, and clean. The gym equipment all worked properly, the pool and hot tub were simple and clean with plenty of seating, & our room was exactly as pictured.
