First time staying at a bed and breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Cloudcroft.

Absolutely beautiful and history rich house. Staying in one of the bedrooms truly feels like spending a holiday with your grandma. The host Lyndsay is exceptionally warm and charismatic. Linda the owner is an adorable grandma and will make sure you have everything you need. Between the two I guarantee you'll feel really take care of! And whatever you do, do not miss breakfast! It's absolutely delicious.

EVERYTHING about this place was magical! I had a great time speaking with all the staff that pointed me to great sights I am super happy I did not miss. The breakfast was 10/10 with homemade bananas foster oatmeal and a hearty breakfast followed behind it. Only thing I wish was that my stay was longer! I HIGHLY recommend The Crofting!

We arrived at 4:00 pm the check in time. The door was lacked, with a phone number(s) to call. I reached what think was the owner. She gave me the door code. The living room and entire house was freezing. She said “just plug in the portable heater”. The bedroom was just as cold, and after coming back later on the room was warm. Looking in the shower, there was no shampoo or soap. Since all the other rooms were vacant, I went on a hunt and finally found some shampoo left by another guest and some soap.

The whole house is beautiful and breakfast was delicious! We did have some hiccups, but the owner of the place addressed our concerns right away and made sure we left happy. We are definitely looking forward to staying again in the near future.

This place is beautiful and peaceful , Linda was a great hostess, breakfast was incredible delicious and it was served in a beautiful dinnerware which is very rare to see now in this era, the place was clean and it feel like you are in grandmas home , I will definitely recommend it

Charming classic bed and breakfast with emphasis on the breakfast! Can walk to town which is adorable. Rooms were nice but pillows were flat. I brought my own. Beds otherwise fine. No tv in room or home which was ok with me. Hostess was lovely and cooked a delicious breakfast.
