we had a stuffed animal that went walkabout on our check out. staff stepped up and found the beast. The woman that mans the breakfast buffet needs a raise. she was everywhere all at once. She also was available the day before when we needed some guidance.

I like how the pool is open late. We were swimming until almost midnight! The breakfast bar was excellent and the coffee was really good. Overall a great place to stay.

We often choose Holiday Inns for their cleanliness and affordability, and this location exceeded our expectations—it was truly the Cadillac of their properties. Situated on a hill overlooking Pocatello, the hotel offered beautiful scenery, ample parking, and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated our family of six. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were both helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was 24 hours. Was great. The bathroom In the pool area was terrible. There was poop on the wall. Pee on the toilet. The area was not clean.
