The place looks like it’s falling down. The “suite” is bare bones with a picnic-type table and bench and two seater couch. No other seating. The vinyl floor turned the bottoms of my feet black (no carpet), the refrigerator leaked water. Saw a cockroach. No hangers for clothes. Only one lamp in the living room none in the bedroom by the bed. The bed was comfortable enough.

We checked into a jacuzzi room. You can tell the property has been trying to upgrade with new furniture and flooring but the smell of mold was overwhelming and we found that it was covering one of the walls. The staff was able to switch us to a new room which was definitely better but still had some cleanliness issues. The positives of the stay were that the staff helped immediately and the beds were comfy.

First of all, we appreciate that we were let in earlier than 3:00 pm. The mattress was good quality. However the shower place was tiny, the toilet wasn’t clean, there was no place to put the soap or towels. There wa no coffee machine or hair dryer in the room.

Floors were so dirty our socks were black, we had to wear our shoes. Bathroom walls and shower were dirty. Cleaning staff was seen and heard arguing/ swearing with other staff or boyfriend near the office.

From day one my room was not adequate. I got on a website and was sent a text to come back to the hotel room to change rooms on Saturday morning late afternoon upon arrival back to the hotel. I was told there was no rooms available even though I received a text message stating there was so I decided to put it on video. The police were there in a total of six times over the weekend every time somebody went to jail one time somebody actually went to the hospital. My room was brighter at night than it was during the day. Even after you would try and put the curtain up to block the light it wasn’t impossible. The dogs literally barking all day long and all night long throughout the night to be woke up at 8:15 AM with a blower motor blowing grass clippings. Underneath of my hotel doorway was definitely the last straw. I would never stay here. I would never recommend staying here. In fact I have added this hotel to our do not stay for work. The people at the desk were great however the upper management did not care. They say they tried to help me, but they did not. Nobody called me even after I asked and put in a special request for someone to actually physically call me no one ever. Did they sent me text messageswanting me to respond in the next 20 minutes. Sorry I was driving around town trying to find somewhere safe to go instead of just being able to stay in my hotel room and enjoy ourselves for the weekend because nothing worked. Even the plugthey gave us did not work to small

Nice, clean updated rooms. However, no coffee maker and you had to ask the front desk for a hair dryer. We were on first floor and had elephants above us and a party next to us. Noise level was not great. No parking by our room so we had to park by the closed Rite Aid and walk.
