The reefs is a gorgeous and professionally run property that we would highly recommend. We would have rated the staff and service a 5 except for the bar which is staffed by bartenders that are not at all friendly or accommodating. The exception was Jennifer who was a delight! The staff in all other areas is fantastic!!!!!

Loved my stay again. My older daughters (31 & 28) fell in love with Bermuda and the resort. I did bring the younger 2 children along as well this time but it's not suited for my 7yr old daughter. She was slightly bored when the weather wasn't great for the pool or beach areas.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were super friendly and always looking to help with anything and everything, from the front desk to servers in the restaurants to housekeeping. Rooms were spacious, clean, nicely decorated and updated and the views were outstanding (we had pool view, but all rooms seem to also have a great ocean view). Food was delicious at Coconuts and Solaris and the included breakfast was extensive. The private beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We were at the Reefs during Hurricane Imelda and the owners and staff were excellent - everything very well communicated and managed, so much so that the storm seemed like a non-event in hindsight. Bermuda is a beautiful island in so many ways and we hope to go back soon.

This was our first visit to the reefs, but not to Bermuda. He fell in love with the reefs! The location, accommodation, staff, friendliness, food, and beach experience were all amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

The Staff and Resort were Amazing. We caught Whahoo and Mahi on a Fishing Charter and brought it back to the Chefs at Both onsite Resturants. They cooked to our requests!! Booking again for our anniverary next year! Highly recommend!
