Don’t stay in the winter

The place is nice but it’s obvious they don’t normally have tenants in the winter. They auto shut the heat down to 58 at night which makes it freezing to wake up to and a couple hours to heat up. Also snowed 4” and had no plow or shovel service which was bad enough day one but a nightmare of ice day two. No welcome packet received - had to ask for key code, WiFi, etc - way below normal VRBO service. Ended up leaving early - definitely NOT worth the money and I wouldn’t stay again.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend! House is extremely comfortable and in a great location. Kids enjoyed the heated pool, even on cloudy days! Will definitely be back soon.

Modern Southampton Farmhouse

We loved our stay here. While it was so convenient to the village, the train station, and the highway, it felt very hidden away. The foliage, landscaping, and pool were gorgeous and contributed to the feeling of privacy. The home was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Place To Stay

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful weekend at Carl's fabulous home. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the photos. Our little dog loved the freedom of running around outside since the back area was fenced in. We enjoyed soaking in the pool and grilling during lunch and dinner. Carl was an excellent host and responded to any questions promptly. It was a 10 to 15-minute walk to town and his property was also a quick walk to the famous Tate's cookie shop (that my son was super excited about). We definitely plan on staying here again in the near future.

Property is in excellent condition. Property manager was helpful and responsive at all times. Impressed that they had everything stocked for a stay from pool toys to beach chairs. Flexible rental dates a plus. But on the expensive side for a mid-sized 3 bedroom.

Great home, great location

The property manager and home were fantastic. House and property were in perfect condition and are located in a great spot. We rented bikes for the week and rode to the beach (short/easy ride) and Main Street. I highly recommend this property! Smooth transaction all around.

Great family getaway

We stayed here with our 2 daughters, their spouses and 2 toddler grandchildren. The heated pool was great for them. We used the pool every day except one due to weather. The house was very clean. The layout great. And the yard very private and spacious for the dog to run around in. A 15 minute walk to the village of Southampton and a wonderful park/playground for the little ones.

My family and I had a great time at this house - it is better than the pictures and has everything you need for an enjoyable escape from the city. We were there during below freezing weather and the heater and fires worked perfectly. The town was a short walk away when the weather warmed up. Also, this house is great for dogs - my pup loved running around the backyard!

Southhampton charm
