The bed was comfortable. My room upstairs in the rear of the property was quiet. The room was clean and spacious with lots of closet space. The well maintained grounds with mature shade trees were relaxing. The staff was friendly and responsive.

When first arriving, it looks a little aged, but we went into the room. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Front desk was helpful with questions. Did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Though it was a little pricey for a Sunday to Monday stay even for the Hamptons.

Everything was as described. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the overall stay was enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as the selection was somewhat limited. Overall, a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

It’s clean- you get what you pay for. You can hear whoever is above you, the beds aren’t incredibly cozy and comfortable, and it’s a little underwhelming. But for the cheapest hotel in the Hamptons, it’s clean! Gets the job done for a quick one night stay.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed. The advertisement online for this property is a misrepresentation of what hotel or room looks like. It's dirty, old, and have not been painted, cleaned, or updated in 20 plus years. I thought I was in a Crack hotel. It should be reported for code violations its not fit for an animal.
