Summary:
Four-bedroom Southampton home with a private pool, separate game-room building, and fenced yard, set 1.4 miles from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. Sleeps ten across a single-level layout. Suitable for weekly summer stays, golf trips, and multi-generational family groups.
The Space:
The main level has an open kitchen, dining area, and living room under vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The kitchen has white shaker cabinetry, stainless appliances, a glass tile backsplash, and island bar seating for four. A separate dining table seats eight under a chrome and white-glass top. The living area has hardwood floors, three sofas, and french doors opening to the pool patio.
Four bedrooms on a single level, no interior stairs. The primary has a queen bed and ensuite with rain shower, dual-sink vanity, and grey-tile soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms each have two queen beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and the den/fifth area has two twin beds. Maximum guest count is ten.
Outside, a large rectangular pool is set in a stone paver patio with a fenced perimeter and a long private driveway. The pool patio has dining for eight under an umbrella, four white loungers along the fence line, and a covered porch with a stainless gas grill, brick columns, and a leather-look outdoor sectional. A separate pool-house building includes a wet bar, a full bathroom, and a daytime lounge area. The pool house does not have sleeping accommodation.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grill, and the pool, are typically available Memorial Day through Columbus Day. Confirm availability if booking outside of those times.

Quiet residential street in Shinnecock Hills, Southampton. The home is 1.4 miles from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, host of the 2026 U.S. Open. No outdoor amplified music or gatherings beyond registered guests.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. Report any incidents to our team promptly.
