'The Whales Tail' ~ Dogs Welcome

The house sits on a quiet lane in West Yarmouth, (may come up as S. Yarmouth as it won't let me change) just steps from The Whales Tail of Swan Pond and about 2.2 miles from one of Yarmouth's largest beach on Nantucket Sound. Seagull Beach has lifeguards, a snack bar & plenty of room. Parker's River Beach is equally close, and Smuggler's Beach at Bass River is just down the road.

Bring your dog. There is no pet fee. The fully fenced backyard gives them room to run while you relax on the new deck. End the day around the fire pit, then rinse everyone off in the outdoor shower before you come inside.

The house is comfortable and well set up for a Cape week. Full kitchen with stainless appliances, washer and dryer in unit, and two full baths. House ia cooled by window AC units. Living areas open to the new deck through a slider.

Swan Pond is at the end of the street, so bring a kayak or canoe and have it right there all week.

Great family friendly house for our family of 5 with our dog for the week. It was clear and comfortable for all 5 of us and in a convenient location. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Hoping for a second TV in one of the bedrooms for evenings when everyone doesn't want to watch the same thing and an enclosed outdoor shower for after the beach next time.
