The kitchen is enormous and can easily service the dining room, lounge or family area as well as the huge balcony that will cater for all of those classic family barbeques.

The unit is very spacious with wall to ceiling windows and sliding doors allowing the sun to great and welcome you.

Located in the heart of the town just around the corner to the hotel, shops, restaurants and eateries and just a short stroll to Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Front Creek and the boardwalk.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business district are within a 8- 10 minute walk of this property. The local boat ramp is approximately a 5 minute drive, The Rocks Shopping Fair shops such as Coles, Liquor land are also only a 5 minute drive from this property.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.

The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.
