Air conditioned two bedroom beach cottage in the heart of South West Rocks, one block back from the beach. New kitchen with dishwasher, loungeroom with TV and DVD player, wall mounted TV in each bedroom, ramp access at front for wheelchairs or walkers and easy access to bathroom with separate shower and bath. Laundry with washing machine and separate toilet, outdoor shower, fantastic deck out back with outdoor setting and large bench seat where you can relax and listen to the waves crash on the beach whilst the kids play in the back yard. Park the car and walk to everything - shops, cafes, restaurants, hotel and beach. Great back yard for the kids to play and to park a small boat.

A SouthWestRocks Accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, 18 hole golf course and tennis courts, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historicTrial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

The best part about this place is the proximity to the beach and cafes, an easy stroll to both. It is located directly next to holiday apartments, which are quite noisy and we had kids walking through the yard to collect balls that had gone over their balcony. The house itself was light and spacious, just very uncomfortable beds.

Great location
House presented in immaculate condition, very clean with lovely kitchen and bathroom. Loved the old style holiday cottage look with modern amenities. Located right in town with a short walk to beach. Would have been nice if there was a BBQ on deck out the back though. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay here again.
