The property had lovely grounds, our room was clean and front desk staff were helpful but there was a very strong mold/mildew odor in the room which was not welcoming to come back to. You also need new pillows. The ones that you have were unusually hard and lumpy in comparison to other places we've stayed.

The property was very pretty and nicely landscaped. Our room was large (2 queen beds)and clean with a cute little deck in the back facing a water feature. I did feel like the furniture was a bit worn and the decor was dated but that did not interfere with us being comfortable. It was raining when we were there so we did not walk around or get to see the pool.

Check-in and welcome was hands down the best experience! Not only was the process smooth, but David (our check-in staff) showed us around the main areas, willing and able to answer all questions, and very knowledgeable about the area. The property itself is really nice, very private-like even though it’s close quarters. If you have a bigger vehicle it’s a little harder to maneuver/park. The room itself was nice. Overall cleanliness was good aside from the tiny mold/mildew spots on/in the picture hanging in our bathroom. Walking into the room the first thing was the musky odor smell to which we sprayed perfume around the place and went on about our business.

Gorgeous place

I did not know what to expect as I had never heard of this place before. The grounds are breathtaking and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. I would only suggest a freezer with the fridge but the place accommodated that request by placing my items in their freezer. I cannot wait to come back next year

The Pleasant Bay Village Resort was more than I could have ever imagined. It was immaculately clean and the staff was AMAZING always busy working making our stay perfect. Peter, the manager was so very accommodating. This resort is a gem, it is so quaint and cozy. The rooms are so very private and specious; bright and cheery The grounds are beautiful and inviting. The Koi pond is immense and just watching the children feeding them was so special. I will only stay here when I visit Cape Cod again and I would love to make it a family vacation with my children and grandchildren. I found it reasonably priced and worth every penny. Thank u for your New England charm and an everlasting experience.

We will definitely come back again! The room was so clean and beautiful. Our room was cleaned every day and the bed turned down at night with a light chocolate candy waiting for us😊 The people that work at the front desk are so friendly and helpful, made our trip so much more enjoyable.
