The property did not have breakfast as advertised. The lobby coffee was always cold as well. Staff were respectful but only activated one room key.

Seems like renovations need to happen.
The front desk staff were very friendly. We have stayed at Barker’s many times but we have never been able to hear people in the next room. This time it seemed like the walls were paper thin. The beds were not comfortable and I had sand on my sheets so I slept on the top sheet. They didn’t look dirty, just felt sandy. The restaurant was busy but we had a really nice waitress and the young man who seated us was very friendly and helpful. The food was good.

The beds are hard and sag in the middle. Black Mold in the bathroom corners. The mini fridge was so dirty i just couldn't bring myself to use it. The alarm clock next to the bed was broken. The floor was dirty in the room. I even found an entrance key from the past people on the floor in plain sight. They really need to remodel for god sake.

This place is so outdated. The beds are hard and sag in the middle. The refrigerator was so dirty i could not use it. The floor of my room was dirty. The alarm clock next to the bed did not work. There was black mold in the corners of the bathroom.......I could go on.
