Stunning Home in Large Gardens

Summary:
A beautifully renovated and modernised bungalow sitting in a stunning plot with large gardens to the rear and views to the front. Perfectly set up for guests with a large living room and office area, dining area and large well equipped kitchen with all you would need and further utility room. There are 2 double bedrooms and luxurious bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy access to the surrounding countryside.

The Space:
Guests have the whole property to themselves ( there is an attached annexe which is completely separate and normally empty )

Spacious entrance hall, large dual aspect lounge that leads around to the dining area that has patio doors onto the garden, Large family kitchen with built in appliances and further utility room. 2 double bedrooms and family bathroom with bath and large walk in shower.

To the front is a large driveway with parking for many cars.

Please note that although it is a bungalow there are steps leading upto the property so wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues. You can access without steps but it would involve a walk around the garden up an incline which would be slippery when wet.

The Neighborhood:
The lovely thatched Royal Oak pub is 2 mins walk away in the village.

The nearest shops are in the village of South Petherton, just over a mile away, with a post office, the Co-op and small village shops. For more shopping, Yeovil is 10 miles and Taunton 16 miles. Or you could try the famous Clarks Village of outlet shops at Street.
